A giving circle is a form of participatory philanthropy. Individuals come together to create the change they want to see in the world. This way of giving enables people to increase their impact and knowledge, have fun, and connect with their local or national community. Collectively, giving circles donate their own money or time to a pooled fund, and together, they decide where those funds go or what nonprofit is awarded a grant.

How It Works
POOL FUNDS
Individuals contribute to the giving circle fund. Total funds are pooled to support the nonprofits we collectively agree on for a grant.
IDENTIFY NONPROFITS
Together, during meetings, members work to identify and learn about nonprofits that align with focus areas.
AWARD GRANTS
Use your voice as a member to vote on the nonprofits that will receive a grant. Up to 3 grants awarded each giving cycle.
